Aditya Bal is one of the most celebrated chefs. He has over 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. In 2015, he laid the foundation of his ambitious brand “Spicecraft Gourmet,” which provides catering services, gift hampers, condiments, and bakery products. In 2017, he set up “Delhi Kebab House” to provide famous Mughlai cuisines of Old Delhi in Kolkata. In addition to that, Aditya Bal offers chef consultancy work for restaurant brands like The Wandering Kitchen, Veda, and Hanging Gardens Bangalore. He was the star host and chef of the popular food show “Chakh Le India” on NDTV Good Times. Besides, he’s also hosted the show “Lost Recipe” on the Epic channel. He has hosted around six to eight food shows on NDTV, Epic, Videocon D2h, and TLC, which have been a huge hit. Bal’s success story doesn’t end here. He is the author of the “Chakh Le India” cookbook released in 2012. His brand association includes many big names like Lays Dillicious Flavor Campaign, Nissan Intelligence Makes the Difference Campaign 2019, Maruti Swift Arena 2018, DLF Mall of India, and Hero Motor Corp.
